New car buyers should buy Jack Gillis's New Car Book before selecting a new car. The book provides useful information on crash tests, safety features, information on which cars are likely to roll over (mostly SUVs), repair costs, warranties, tips on buying cars, and insurance costs.
The book is published by the Center for Auto Safety in Washington, D.C. Clarence Ditlow, the Center's director, has long been a leading advocate for auto safety. The book is available from the Center or you can buy it on Amazon's website.
